EBR-ETT Military Carrier French Wheeled Arm. Personnel Carrier 1/72 ACE72460
$26.60
EBR-ETT (Panhard Engin Blinde de Reconnaissance). In 1956, France decided to try to make an armored personnel carrier based on its rather successful Panhard EBR armored vehicle. The prerequisites for success were indisputable: trying to ensure decent cross-country ability, the car was equipped with eight wheels, and this automatically led to the fact that the BA received a seductively long and capacious hull for 14 paratroopers. The French Armed Forces did not take the car into service, but a buyer was found (Portugal) and actively used it in the colonial wars in Angola, Mozambique and even Guinea-Bissau. Several machines took part in the Carnation Revolution
